Positive: This accommodation was clean and so quiet. It was great to have off street parking. Most importantly we felt very welcome right from the start - the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful.
Negative: I have no suggestions for improvement.

Positive: Arturo and his family were so welcoming and friendly, it felt very safe, and they set up a kitchen so we could cook and eat with our friends.
Negative: The hot water was finicky and the ad said it was a queen bed but was in fact a double bed
Summary: Loved our time in Jilotepec and would recommend staying at Casa Grenada to anyone.
