Positive: Alessio was an excellent host, both before and during our stay. Great restaurant recommendations. Apartment just a few minutes' walk from train station. On a busy street but very quiet. Comfortable bed, great hot water, perfect wifi.

Positive: Clean. Convenient location. Great mattress and pilows. Very kind and friendly building manager. He did everything to make our stay more pleasant.

Negative: The apartment is NOT in the building. Its entrance is outside (the door is partially galss and poorly insulated). The floor is freezing since there's an open space under the building (no windows in some parts) and you practically have no neighboring apartments to keep it warm. It was very cold and I will not recommend it for the winter. Even with the added heaters, it took 3 days to warm it properly. Also, the shower is super small - difficult for a guy to move around, let alone for a bigger or older person. The sofa is right across from the door - not convenient or cozy. The kitchen/living room is uninviting since it's near to door and one can feel the cold. Early in the mornings there was loud, industrial type noise from next door. Overall, not the best experience.

Positive: Staff is very friendly and communication is easy and efficient They contacted me day before to confirm my arrival time aand we stayed in touch during all stay. Also all information was clear. Super communicative and I felt truly well-cared for. Location is good, close to the main station and airport bus stop. The entire apartment is amazing, really clean, very spacious, well equiped and I'd definitely stay there again (thist time for a longer period and not alone as place is perfect for a small group 1-3 too).

Negative: Everything was fine. It was really hot outside during my stay in Bergamo so I'd consider to instal A/C ;)

Positive: Great place, Great localisation and even greater host. The host contacted us in advance to ensure everything was okay. We received helpful instructions on how to reach the property via WhatsApp. Alessio welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us around ( and enshured us that in case of any problems we can contact him though the app) Alessio was even kind enought to use his free time and create a personalized list of restaurants along with a separate list of shops for local products like pasta. That was such a thoughtful gesture — and we’re happy to say his recommendations were spot on! (We didn’t have time to try everything, but we still managed to visit two gelato places, two pizzerias, and a few local shops.) The apartment was spacious, very clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures (though the rooms actually felt bigger in person!). The location was great — we could easily walk from Bergamo’s main station, and there was a direct bus to the airport as well. Bergamo is a grgeous place and we spent our time there to the fullest. If you don't know what you want to visit there are some travelling pamphlets with map inside the flat in few languages that you can freely use to take inspiration from! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Alessio was incredibly kind, and thanks to him, we truly felt welcome at Casa Giana. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and hope to return in the future! :)

Positive: I was in contact with Alessio prior to our arrival regarding check in. We had an early morning flight and he invited us to check in as soon as we arrive to Bergamo which was super convenient!! The apartment is very well located, 20 mins by bus from the airport and 20 min by foot to Citta alta (there is also a bus option). The train station is 5 min from the apartment so it was very easy to visit other cities in the area, too. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had trouble with making coffee in the morning on induction stove so I messaged Alessio about it and he brought us a brand new induction moca. He was very open and helpful about other inquiries and would always respond in a few minutes. All in all, we had a great stay at Casa Gianna and Bergamo and we will gladly return.

Positive: What I liked the most about the property was that the apartment was clean, spacious, and had its own charm. It was in an excellent location — just 400 meters from the train station and the bus stop, which made it easy to reach Città Alta. Communication with the friendly owner was also excellent.

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed, the host was welcoming and nice. The location of the apartment is great - only five minutes by foot from the train station, and only a couple more from the city centre and great food spots. We had a great time.
