Positive: Views over the hills and Tiber valley are phenomenal. Large house, big ground floor kitchen/dining area. Owners are very accommodating. Their collection of cats is most charming, although the felines are very demanding. The farm wine and cured meats (payable extra) are very tasty.

Negative: Kitchen needs a few more utensils and microwave oven is not connected. Mysterious lack of sockets on the ground floor. Beware, the farm is at the end of a very steep 2km road and there's no shop in the nearest hamlet, take supplies from Poggio M, the bigger town below

Positive: It was quite difficult to find the city. The house is at the end of the city road, on the top of a hill. The view is amazing. The host can't speak English so it wasn't easy to communicate. We received fine snacks, pie, muffin, cake and chocolate Eastern egg:)).
