Positive: My first 10 rating and it deserves it. Casa Flory Anna is a wonderfully renovated rural building with generous spaces, well designed rooms with original features (they used an architect and it shows) and lots and lots of attention to detail including the choice of furnishings and furniture. There are only a handful of rooms but everything feels new (it is in 2025), clean and relaxed. A 5* Bed and Breakfast and just what you want to find if your are doing a driving tour through this region. The hosts were briliant, welcoming, generous (complementary beer on arrivial - thank you) with their own home made baking included at breakfast. I dont speak Italian but they tried hard in broken English. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The place was so peacful at night and there was lots of outdoor space to use (weather permitting - I was there in September with some rain).

Negative: It feels off the beaten track but its well worth the relatively short detour. No evening meal available (B&B). You will need to bring your own food or drive to a local town for a choice of restaurants and shops (10-15 mins).

Summary: A delightful surprise. Well worth the short detour to find. My best stay so far in 2025.

Positive: A magical place! A peaceful location about 14 km from Grado, very nice rooms, high-quality mattresses, friendly owners, and breakfast by the spring. An unforgettable experience!

Positive: We loved our stay at Casa Flory Anna. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport (10-15 minutes away) but wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the design and the decor of the B & B were perfect. Everything was new and sparkling clean and the garden was amazing. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating even packing a delicious breakfast for us with sandwiches and fresh apricots and juice since we had a very early morning flight.

Summary: Absolutely perfect B & B!
