I have always found joy in interacting with people. As a professor, I relished engaging with students and fostering a sense of community. Now, as the host of Casa Encanto, I look forward to extending that same sense of connection to the guests who choose to make this charming abode their home away from home. I will, of course, leave the level of interaction, if any, up to my guests.
Casa Encanto is nestled in Nob Hill, one of Albuquerque's iconic neighborhoods, with with both traditional and avante garde architecture. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, with the historic St. Mark's Episcopal Church occupying the entire block across the street. As you explore the surroundings, you’ll discover that Casa Encanto is not just a residence; it’s an experience. Our prime location puts you within walking distance from some of Albuquerque’s finest restaurants and boutiques, ensuring that every culinary and shopping desire is met effortlessly. Embrace the convenience of being just steps away from the iconic Route 66, the prestigious University of New Mexico, and a few blocks from New Mexico's main hospital, making Casa Encanto an ideal haven for those seeking a central retreat in this vibrant city. Summary: The house was very clean, organized and pretty! The kids and I had a great time in the pool. It's a very warm inviting house. The host was very kind and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed there at the house. We where very happy overall with our experience here☺️

Summary: Holbrook goes above and beyond as a host, from the communication to all the extras he leaves to welcome you in this beautiful abode. The home is everything you would want or need away from home. Beautifully decorated, close to interstates, shopping, restaurants, and all the southwest has to offer. On arrival a local artist was painting a mural on the back fence and it’s absolutely breathtaking. I would give this 10 stars if I could. The world needs more people like Holbrook. Thanks for an amazing stay while we got our daughter settled in Albuquerque for the summer. Until next time

Summary: We needed a home while we traveled through and this house met all our needs. It was located within walking distance of shops, food, the college. Quiet area. The house is cute and well stocked. The host is incredibly nice and accommodating. Will stay here again for sure!
