Positive: A nice little house with one of those traditional chimneys in Santa Maria. The kitchen was well equipped, there was enough place for us to work., too. Beautiful view from the terrace to the village. The house has not really any neighbors, good option for those people who want a little privacy. It was a good value for the money.

Negative: First time we had a little issue to find it in a proper way, because it is on the hill, far from other neighbors. The humidity is a common problem in the island, which was not told us. When we arrived, the apartment was so cool, we started to heat and because of the condensation, suddenly the water appeared everywhere. With a bit better communication from the owner´s side it could be not so stressful for us. Anyway, the water dries when you heat out the apartment, no worries because of that, just a small inconvenience at the beginning. And finally, I guess the washing machine is not in the best condition, as it is outside of the house.
