Positive: flat is fine, furniture a little bit outdated, but overall that doesn't matter, as there's everything you can need on the vacation. full kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower, second with a bath and washing machine. mattress is very comfortable. there is air-con and heating as well. location is great, underground is 10 minutes walk from the building, few stops to the most popular places in Rome. There are many bars, shops and caffes in the distric (which is also great by the way and definitely worth sightseeing as well!!!). train rails are near the building, but noise manageable, especially after long walks. hosts left earplugs, so that's a plus for someone with sensitive hearing. There was also a welcome gift, which was really nice :) i definitely recommend staying!

Negative: kettle wasn't working, but there was a little pot which we use to boil water

Positive: The apartment was great! It was spacious and clean and comfortable. We were there in July and even with just one AC in the living room, the bedrooms were comfortable too. The kitchen is well-equiped and the hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful. The neighborhood itself was also great. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and little grocery stores. It was a bit warm, but it was still lovely to walk around there. Great stay overall!

Negative: There wasn't really anything we didn't like there.
