“Casa Do Lago” is a luxury villa with stunning views of the golf course in Hato Verde Golf urbanization just 15 minutes from Seville. It is a very bright and spacious house, facing the lake of hole 1, where you can enjoy and relax in your private pool; all this in a privileged environment, in the middle of nature and in an urbanization with 24 hour surveillance.
The house is distributed over 3 floors around the central courtyard. It has 5 bedrooms plus a multimedia reading room, music and cinema projection with large screen in the attic, 4 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, large fully equipped kitchen with utensils and all appliances (including a large two-door freezer refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser), a separate dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 porches, 3 terraces, garage for 2 cars and garden with barbecue, solarium and private pool. It also has solar panels, central heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and awnings on terraces, garage and interior patio.
The villa is very close to the Hato Verde Golf Social Club (which has a bar, restaurant and sports courts) and only 800 m. from the town center (Las Pajanosas) with shops and more restaurants. In a very close environment, ideal for hiking or mountain biking, is the Water Route. Moving a little more we can enjoy the Roman ruins of Italica, a place full of history, or the Reserve of the Castle of the Guardians, which is one of the largest animal parks in Europe. And of course, in just 15 minutes we have Seville ...

Summary: The traditional style villa was spotlessly clean and has every amenity you could wish for. David has written extensive notes to help with any questions too. A lovely neighbourhood with the local town about a mile away for small supermarkets and bars but when it’s hot go early! We found the town had much more of a buzz around midday (before it gets too hot!) David is a super host who was on hand if needed- very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him! The setting is perfect for relaxing; over looking the golf course. The only thing is we found Seville to be closer to 25/30 mins in a taxi which was €62 (although apparently should be closer to €50). Seville is possibly one of the most beautiful cities we’ve ever visited. We look forward to returning!
