Summary: Absolutely wonderful hotel. Was traveling through so the location was perfect. Ana did an excellent job of making sure she knew when I was arriving made a fantastic breakfast and just was so kind. It's a fantastic location and incredible rooms and a fantastic pool. I can't say enough good things about it.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, welcomed by a sweet lady named Ana who gave us tea and coffee and made us feel right at home. The room was excellent except it never felt like the air conditioning was working properly. And the beds were a bit small for international visitors! Breakfast was hot, filling, and delicious. With home-made jams! Very special and memorable experience.

Summary: We had a really lovely stay at Casa do Cedro - the building and the grounds are beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable, and the service from Ana was excellent: friendly, personal and attentive. And the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel!

Summary: This is a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. More house than hotel! It appears to be totally renovated and the decor is gorgeous. The view of the pool and the mountains in the distance were wonderful. Our room was spacious and the shower was fabulous. It is located in a very small town with just two restaurants, neither of which were open, so we went to a quaint market within walking distance for cheese, wine, etc. Everything was great. Monsanto was a quick drive away.
