Negative: The bed is not really comfortable. Besides, the house has small windows, which makes it feel dark and small.

Positive: Cute and cozy place. The kitchen is good, garden is lovely and gets a lot of sun, facilities are good. It's a little cold at night but there are electric heaters in every room. Great value though.

Negative: The bed is a size too small with a hard mattress. The pull out sofa is not comfortable. These could easily be improved with a small investment and would do a lot for the overall comfort.
