Positive: A very spacious, spotlessly clean house with a gorgeous, very clean swimming pool and a lovely garden with olive trees in a quiet village not far from the beach. The layout of the house is very practical: the room in the ground floor is, basically, a separate unit, only sharing the living room/ kitchen with the rest of the house. It even has a separate entrance door, a bathroom with toilet plus a French window allowing direct access to the pool/ garden. The living room, next to it, is super spacious, well equipped. The two other bedrooms on the first floor are moderate sized (one of them has a balcony), sharing a bathroom with a toilet. However, in the house, next to the living room, there is a third bathroom with a toilet!! There are three air-conditioning units in the house: one is in the ground-floor room, another is in the living room and a third is above the staircase leading to the upper floor - hence, air conditioning in the upper two bedrooms only works if the doors are left open to the staircase - this is, however, only a minor imperfection in an, otherwise, perfect house. The beds (and the duvets, as well) are very comfy, there are plenty of pillows and towels. The cleanliness is, definitely, 10/10. If someone wants, they can spend the entire holiday at the pool site, we, however, preferred the beach, which is about an 8-min-drive from the house (Lovrečica Beach) - I recommend the part near Lorenzo's Beach bar. Free parking 5 metres from the sea, good access to it, free shower, free toilet use in the bar. Back to the accommodation. Free on site parking behind a locked gate right next to the house. And the best bit: super friendly owners, living next door. This is the kind of friendliness when you feel it is not fake - a warm personal welcome with some lovely refreshment, very helpful, very nice, always available. It is very difficult to describe the vibe of the place- you ought to experience it!!!
Negative: Nothing to mention. Everything was just as perfect as expected or even better!
Summary: An absolutely fantastic house with lovely owners in a quiet place in an 8 mins-drive from the beach!

Positive: Absolutely amazing place! Everything was perfect. The house is located in a quiet village, Radini, near the picturesque Mediterranean town of Brtonigla. It features a very nice and clean swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The entire house is air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable. The owners, who live just across the street, were both professional and incredibly kind. Their hospitality was truly exceptional — we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift of homemade olive oil and marmalade, plus a delicious welcome snack, which was much appreciated after a long drive. We also received a daily plate of fresh vegetables — such a lovely touch! The location is great: just a 10-minute drive to a peaceful, uncrowded beach, or you can bike there using the many nearby cycling paths. Towns like Umag, Poreč, and Novigrad are easily reachable for day trips or dinner outings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Istrian experience!...

Positive: I wholeheartedly recommend Casa di Oliva! ❤️ Great place - olive garden, beautiful shrubs and flowers around the house. Quiet neighborhood, enchanting with the charms of nature. Sunny weather. The perfect house - well-suited for a family. Perfectly clean 🤩. A large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, the water in the pool is very clean. The owners of the place are wonderful people! 🥰 Very open, cheerful and helpful. They take care of their guests. You can buy homemade products they make: excellent oil, jams, grappa ❤️, as well as fresh fruit 😋 We recommend it to everyone! A dream place for a vacation! 🥰
