Positive: Super nice room and Eva was very helpful and guided very well before arrival and during stay.
Negative: It would have been 10 out of 10 if you had a private dedicated parking spot - but it was public parking and it was a bit difficult to find a spot since there was an event ongoing in the nearby town square. So had to walk a few hundred meters on two of the four nights. But all good

Positive: Eva was so sweet and accommodating. I will stay here anytime i go back through Faenza! Great location, too. Super easy, clean, quiet, lovely view and nice breakfast :)

Positive: Clean, quiet, spacious room, with a lovely owner, welcoming and helpful. The room had a great view across to the cathedral and campanile, lit up at night.
Negative: The overnight shutter did not work. The owner fixed it in the morning: it gets stuck. Before settling in, make sure it is working
