Positive: The appartment is absolutely enjoyable. First I was a bit nervous because of the photos of the small river nearby, I thought it might smell or contain many insects. I was very surprised to find neither of these! Both inside the appartment and around the area it was very clean. The host thought of the guests planning the smallest details, the bedding was really fresh, we had towels for the change as well. In the kitchen there is absolutely anything you can think of for cooking and eating. And so nice to have some salt oil and spice on arrival! For those who cook at home mostly even on vacation it is a true treasure. There is also an iron, washing machine, dishwasher. We had a dog with us, and what is important is that dogs are not allowed on the beaches. Thanks to the host we avoided being fined 🙃 there are special beaches for dogs, they are also great. The best beach is not the nearest one but a little to the right as you are going to the shore. There are absolutely no stones there. There is a pub downstairs (which also was a point of my hesitation first), but in the apartment no sound of it is heard. They make nice coffee, and the nearest supermarket was also good! We tried farther ones too and they made no point going/ driving at all.

Negative: You must walk a bit to carry your waste, but the host can do nothing about this Also parking in front of the house is prohibited and finding a place on a free one can be quite tricky
