Positive: The room was cute and clean. The bed was a memory foam on the softer side if you prefer. The location is outstanding.

Negative: Irs off season we understood it would be quiet. We didnt expect a ghost town. During most of our stay we were the only ones there. Coffee/ cafe never opened. There was a Kurig in the room amd 2kcups for our 4 day stay. No one asked us about fresh towels and no one responded to my question about ice. Pretty much had 0 interaction with staff.. It snowed about 6-8 inches our second night there and no one bothered to even show up to shovel the exit.

Summary: For the price, hospitality was lacking.

Positive: Clean and bright Great staff and support Will come again and again. A work in progress.

Negative: Not enough electrical outlets, even for their own amenities. Our designated parking space was the furthest from our room for some reason.

Negative: It was in the offseason but nothing was said about the office being closed or the small cafe being closed. The floor of the room needed vacuuming.

Positive: Probably a great location in the warmer months.

Negative: Came during the off season. Was not what I expected. Mold in shower. No coffee in room (or within walking distance). Room was very small! No staff on site. DoorDash was the only option for restaurant. I Ubered here from Newark and felt stranded.

Positive: The hotel is nice, right in the area of the beach and boardwalk with easy access to restaurants, attractions and all that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer. The hotel is well maintained, the beds extremely comfortable, and the rooms are modern and spacious.

Negative: The parking is a bit challenging, at least if you are in the back parking area and there are large vehicles in the main section since there is very little room to maneuver. And if you are traveling there off season, it's probably good to be aware that the coffee shop is not open - I was counting on my early morning coffee and it was closed, so I had to run out to get my morning fix.
