Summary: This home was simply stunning. It really was paradise. The views incredible. The home was just the prettiest and perfectly decorated. Just perfect all around. I can't even begin to tell you how much my family enjoyed our stay. We rented out the 3 bedrooms on the main level, and each one was prettier than the next. Loved the outdoor living space, and it was such a dilemma as far as where did I want to sit each time, as there were so many inviting sitting areas! Loved loved loved. The home had everything you would need, except we did end up renting beach chairs and umbrellas.

Summary: Everyone in our group had a great experience at Azur Reve and in St Martin. The villa was as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. A few minor issues with the house were efficiently addressed. The housekeeper and other staff that maintain the house were friendly and efficient. Our flight was delayed by several hours because of bad weather in St Martin, but we were still greeted at the airport and our villa manager was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived.

Summary: Villa Eighty-Three (Villa Azur Reve) was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The pool was perfect for our little ones. We were initially concerned about visiting St. Martin in July, but it was great. It rained at night, or maybe VERY briefly during the day. We didn't have to deal with high traffic associated with High Season travel which was so nice. (We were told that some of the places we traveled to in 25 min. would take over 2 hours in high season.) The location of the villa was very nice also, and we always felt safe there. Having a driver pick us up at the airport and take us to the villa where our cars were waiting was very reassuring on arrival (in the dark especially).

Summary: I just got back from Villa Eighty-Three (Villa Azur Reve) with my family (8 adults + 2 kids). The house is great. This is the third house we've rented on St Maarten. The pool was fantastic, especially with 2 young kids. Half of it is a gradual grade to a step into the deeper end. The kids loved the freedom of the shallow end. The outdoor living space is perfect. The bar has a professional top-loading drink fridge which kept our beer about a degree above freezing. It could be my favorite feature of this house :). There was a bose speaker system hooked up to a capable stereo in the bar area. A 3.5-mm input cable is provided, so you can listen to your MP3 player if you want. The grill was large and very nice. Although the ignition is broken and I nearly blew myself up trying to light it with the provided long lighter. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer are new LG front loaders. The rooms were all very nice. The views were very nice. We also seemed to always have a nice breeze coming into the living area due to the position of the house. The lower bedroom was kind of dark, but the couple who stayed in there had no complaints. There are 2 cats on the property that are very pleasant. They were never a nuisance... and I actually enjoyed them.
