Positive: It was really clean :) Host was really friendly, available online, and was quite supportive to answer questions in very short time. Check in via key box and code Apartment is new, well equipped and clean It has a nice view There were snacks, cookies, coffee, shampoo available in the apartment (not typical in Italy) Parking lot less than 10 meters from apartment No staircase (plus point if you travel with senior people) It has twin bed and the Sofa bed was also large and comfortable.
