Positive: The place is amazing, looks exactly like the pictures. Pricillia takes care of the place with alot of passion and love and you can see it in how well the rooms are designed with every little detail that made us feel like we're at home and the delicious home made breakfast served in the morning. Pricillia was always available and made sure everything is to our liking. We had a great stay and we will come back for sure next time we visit Lago Maggiore.
