Positive: The apartment was very good overall—clean, well organized, and perfect for my stay in Novi Ligure. Everything worked well and the place felt comfortable and welcoming.

Negative: The only small issue was the bed, which could be more comfortable.

Positive: Easy communication with owner. The apartment is very clean, full equipped, and closed to all amendments( 3 min to bus and train station, 5 min to supermarket). Tasty kebab place right downstairs. Special thank you for tea/coffee and water complimentary. The owner was kind and allowed us to leave the bags before check-in.

We stayed here for one night with my family, and everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, and all the furniture was brand new. There was complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Each room had its own air conditioner, and they both worked excellently, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities: a washing machine, coffee machine, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and stove—everything you need to prepare meals. Additionally, there is a good kebab place nearby, which was a convenient and tasty option for dinner.
