Positive: A very comfortable, pleasant place to stay in Sibalom. The staff really stand out, they were so nice, and went above and beyond in their efforts to be of assistance. I am forever grateful to them.

Positive: I like the property. It is close to public market. Safe to park at the front of the property which can fit only three few cars.

Negative: We had a good slept despite of the noise as the property is located in the corner of the road. The property staff at the front desk more customer service skills. She was not accommodating. When we arrived to check in she didn't even greet us a usual greeting that people use in a hotel or restaurant etc. Like 'good evening, sir and ma'am!' After checking in, I informed her that if we can request to substitute rice to sweet potatoes for breakfast. She insisted that it is too late to replace them. In the morning plated breakfast in the dining were fried rice, sunny side up egg, sausages. I was disgusted as we don't eat sausages. I was frustrated, I approached the staff that day informing her about the breakfast. I asked her what choices we have because we don't eat pork. We preferred (local) vegetables instead. She said we don't have choices because it's a complimentary breakfast! I insisted that is included in the payment even its complimentary! My request wasn't accommodated, we just have to go whatever it is.

Positive: The elevator!:-) All staffs were awesome! Location was near good restaurants and 7/11. Breakfasts were sarap, and cold drinks and other snacks available in the lobby was convenient when cravings hit:-) Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Positive: Well located for all that Sibalom has to offer. The staff were very welcoming and treated us like family. Tasty breakfasts, but limited in choice, as they are cooked early and then left on a plate covered with cling film, ready to be warmed up in the microwave.

Negative: I think that this is fairly common for the area, but the water pressure is very low … just a trickle comes from the shower. Not the hotel's fault, but it does detract from being a very comfortable stay.

Summary: We were treated like family in this family-run hotel

Positive: Right next to town, friendly staff helped me sort out ride to nature park and leave bags there after checking out. Managed to find a tea bag for me for breakfast to suit my Englishness! Loved having a fridge in room

Negative: Nothing really. Above my usual budget but still the cheapest in town and nice to have a bit of luxury for a change!

Positive: The host were great and happy to help with anything. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable and it had everything I needed. It was a good design. It's a short walk to the shops and park. The beds were comfortable, I slept well.

Negative: I had to take a jeepney and tricycle to get there from San Jose about 15-minute trip. There are no Malls close.

Summary: Its good, would like to have stayed longer.
