Positive: Exceptional home with traditional architecture vibes, curated like a Southwest museum. The grounds are even more fantastic. Little paths wind through gardens & trees to sitting areas. Private paradise! We watched the eclipse near the stone circle. Absolutely outstanding. Also, the kitchen is impeccably set up. Full library in master bedroom. Double sink in the bathroom. Great sunset views.

Negative: We didn't like leaving.

Negative: Road leading to property ~1\2 mile in poor condition. Very rough ride. Left two men's rings at property. Have not heard back aftet 4 days.

Positive: the view was fabulous! we spent a lot of time outside eating meals and relaxing.

Negative: it is a bit dark due to mostly table lamps however this does add to the ambience
