Positive: The views of the valley are amazing, and the family is always willing to help and very friendly. Overall, I had a great time. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t a big deal since our intent was to immerse ourselves in nature and get away from it all. ( The family is amazing! When we arrived, it was raining, and the father, Don Javier, offered to give us a ride to the market, which was really appreciated.)

Positive: Fantastic view of the valley with weather patterns that create dramatic landscapes worthy of a postcard. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Neighbors were just as welcoming. Have to say the view again because it really was worth saying twice. It is definitely worth it!

Negative: Some of the shop keepers can be a bit predatory (most were fine) Shower could use an upgrade but it does provide a line of warm water. Internet was horrible but I got a good 4.5G signal on my phone.
