Positive: Everything was great. Staff are super nice and friendly. They keep the place very clean and take care of guests' needs.

Negative: A little bit more privacy would be nice. Staff is present in the house through the day. They mean well and are there to do their work (cleaning, cooking etc). However, its a bit of intrusion in privacy. A fixed schedule for them to come in and finish their work would be better.

Positive: The property is an absolute Gem! Very comfortable, tastefully done property with attention to details. We were a family of 12 with a senior citizen and two kids, all of us enjoyed our stay the staff keeps it absolutely clean, you wake up to a clean lawn and pool too! the breakfast made by Seema is delectable. it’s located close to some very good restaurants and a couple of minutes from the beach.

Negative: the last mile of the property is difficult to reach, especially the first time around. We had rented smaller cars hence was doable, not sure if a bigger car would make it over the last mile. Given that, once you get it the property is amazing, also per se it’s pretty close to the Anjuna beach and about a 3-6 minute drive to a couple of good restaurants either side.

Summary: We found a home away from home! look forward to going back.

Positive: Staying at Villa was more than we could have hoped for, such a beautiful place. So clean and well maintained, private swimming pool, courtyard , gazebo, spacious is an understatement, it is huge!! All the staff were so friendly and attentive, every single thing was taken care of right from the booking enquiry until the day we left to come home...we did not want to leave. Such an amazing holiday 😊 I would definitely recommend staying in a villa rather than a hotel, the whole experience was amazing. Perfect for children and families, it is definitely the way to go and you will not find a more luxurious villa than this in Anjuna or the surrounding areas..just stunning!! Thank you so much Casa de Amor for the most amazing holiday... keep up the good work..see you all again next year!!
