Positive: Well taken care of, very clean

Negative: Not for anyone who seeks calm and quiet. The hotel has a roof top terrace and an open patio from which all rooms go off. That means you can hear every single sound, from the bar, the restaurant, all other guests. And there have been unannounced very loud concerts in the bar/restaurant area. The hotel is hosting events for companies and private ones, there is always something going on that adds to the noise. The pool area is nice but if you hang there, you have event participants around who can watch at you all the time. Not recommended for people who seek a bit of privacy or quiet.

Summary: Not recommended for people who wish for quiet relaxation or some privacy.

Positive: Quality of rooms here is exceptional. Great view from the top. Nice food at the restaurant and amazing staff who deliver the best service to you

Negative: The location is little far from the centre so do not expect you can walk around this place.

Positive: The staff were eager to please and provided wine glasses and were eager to meet our requests. They called taxis and other details to enhance our visit. The room was decorated with high end furnishings and the bed and shower were perfect.

Negative: The wifi wasn’t sufficient to steam videos.

Positive: Hotel isvery well smart, clean and generally very well run. The rooms are comfortable, room servicing good and the beds also comfortable. Everything provided in the bathroom. The restaurant did not disappoint. Reception did their very best to assist, even given my complete lack of Spanish, my bad.

Negative: The included breakfast. No menu and some staff struggled to explain. Only astringent filtered coffee, anything else chargeable! You could choose an orange juice or fruit (very poor). A bun was offered (some obviously left over from the previous Valentines night) and the the main... How do you like your eggs? If you don't or can't then tough. Disappointing for the quality of the hotel.

Positive: We spent a week in Room 203 Santo Domingo and loved it! Our suite was large, well appointed, and comfortable. It was at the top and the back of the hotel, so well away from traffic noise. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and quickly responsive to requests. They can recommend a driver to take you to the archeological sites or a taxi to the Centro or airport. The food in the restaurant was excellent! We tried many items off their menu and can highly recommend them for their seafood dishes. Every room overlooks the lovely courtyard garden where the birds would visit and you can enjoy the pool and whirlpool. We loved the design of the hotel, but if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground level suite. The multi-level restaurant is accessible by elevator. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood north of the Centro, which we liked and taxis were extremely affordable to take us to all the museums and attractions.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Loved how beautiful it is. The food and staff are absolutely amazing and will cater to you so much. I cannot express how amazing they were. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Negative: We liked everything. However, if you’re looking to be in the center and around restaurants, this may not be for you. My husband and I loved the space and we weren’t looking to be constantly in town partying so it was great. It takes between 20-30 mn to get to downtown with traffic but it’s only 1.2-2 miles
