Positive: Being in the centre of Madalena the house is ideally situated for a visit to Pico.

Negative: No kettle, and a dishwasher would have been convenient, but generally well equipped property.

Positive: Good location very close to the supermarket. Also an entire driveway for yourself and bbq space and garden.

Negative: Power went out allot, no fans in the house so we had to keep the windows open at night. Because of this allot of noise from the neighbouthood came in and we had bad sleep. The owner told us they wil purchase fans/cooling and increase the power limit. If they do this it would be a perfect house.

Summary: Nice big house with everything nearby!
