Positive: It's an isolated property which was what we were looking for. There is a swimming pool which will provide a respite from the summer heat. The apartment has air conditioning and it was well presented. The dog Orel is quite friendly but also a good guard dog.
Negative: Because it's a house over 200 years old, the wooden floors will make noise as you walk on them. That's to be expected. Our bed seemed to be an antic and it also made noises getting in and out of bed.

Positive: Beautiful, welcoming and very well preserved and restored. You can feel the history of the house in its walls and ceilings. It has a genuine sense of place and character.
Negative: Nothing really. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
Summary: One night is simply not enough to take in all the history this house holds.

Positive: It’s a sort of quirky farm motel in a fascinating rural area. Host Luisa is charming Great pool.
Negative: It’s not geared up well for self catering in a cramped kitchen/ dining area. 2. Major problems - in our flatlet we couldn’t sleep for the noise from flat above- there’s no soundproofing at all. And no privacy whatsoever unless you close all blinds and switch lights on
