Summary: We (2 adults, 2 boys of 7+11 yrs) stayed here in the first week of out vacation in August and had a fantastic time! Reality is much better than the online pictures. Perfect location if you have a car and want to explore the region. Apartments are newly refurbished and just finished. Full set of kitchen stuff / microwave / big fridge etc. We stayed in the appartment for 5 people, its the downstairs apartment. All on one floor. Two double beds and one single (in 3 rooms). Clean, freshly painted and open. Good for privacy from the other two appartments. Pool is beautiful, big and one of the best we have ever been in. Its L shaped - with the smaller part being knee deep for supervised kids and steps in water to sit and lounge on. Really enjoyed lounging there with a beer enjoying that great view over the valley. Place is surrounded by a vineyard. Description says pool is water, but actually this was an advantage as less chlorine and otherwise a completely normal pool. Garden/Lawn is really big, perhaps 80m by 50m, with a load of bushes and plenty of separate places to sit to be apart from other guest. Owner is living offsite but nearby if you need something, dropping by to clean pool or water plans etc. She is always really helpful and happy to offer helpful local tips. A/c all through the apartment making it icy cold if desired. Full plastic/electric roll shutters to give you total darkness if you value your sleep like we do. Electric closing gate to the on-site parking. low cost local Pizza just on the main road if you need it and a few KM to big supermarket. Hard to fault the place… we loved it. Thanks for the stay… you have made a very good place!
