This versatile house is perfect for family holidays, romantic get-aways, honeymoons, corporate entertaining, wine tours, gastronomic adventures, history, culture & sightseeing, celebrity spotting, fabulous yachts, swimming, diving, sailing, tennis, horse riding, golf & polo.
It is located in a pine forest in a WWF nature reserve a 2 minute walk down a private track to a gently sloping 10 km sandy beach.
It has air conditioning units for the summer and central heating and a large fireplace for the winter.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, one with a child's cot, a third bedroom with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. There is a large drawing room & an extensive patio / dining area that leads onto a beautiful garden.
There are spotlights that light up the garden at night, an outside speaker system, a sunken trampoline & a gas barbecue on the terrace. And for winter, a big fireplace & central heating throughout.

Summary: David's house is a lovely place. The house is really neat and clean, and at the same time has a very personal touch. Being there felt much like being home. There is everything you need. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! We were 2 families of friends, 4 adults and 3 small kids. The villa was perfect for us - clean, spacious and comfortable. Garden was amazing, when we were not out on the beach, we spent most of the time in the garden at a big family table. The BBQ grill was a great bonus - we cooked all our dinners with local seafood on the grill, which was just perfect. The house is only couple of minutes walk from the beach. The beach itself is nothing special, but within 15-20 min by car you can reach amazing beaches around. The only drawbacks we could think of is the lack of Air conditioning. We were at the very hot period and house would sometimes get rather hot, even at night. For the rest - amazing house, definitely recommended!

Summary: The house is in the 'pineta', just 2 minutes from sea walking in a private road. Great garden and very large living room. There is all you need for stays several days. David and his wife were very good hosts. There are lovely details in the house and the garden and very carefully chosen art. Good Wi-Fi. Very comfy.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful house. We were welcomed by the owners with warm hugs and a delicious meal. David and his wife gave us great info about the area. The beach is a dream come true and only a one minute walk from the house. We spend every other evening in either Porto Ercole or Porto Santo Stefano which are only ten minute drive from the house. The train station in town is a perfect way to get to Rome, Pisa, or Florence... Overall this place is what i call a dream vacation. We didnt want to leave. Thank you again to David and his wife for the warm welcome.

Summary: This house is everything david describes and more. We stayed here with our 2 children and with another couple and their 5 year old son, and it was perfect. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and everyone has their own bathroom. The garden is amazing. You just want to bbq all day, while the kids play. The extra touches like the trampoline and speakers outside for your ipod hook up, make it ideal. The gardner and housekeeper are very friendly and available to help. The only thing that was not so apparent is the beach. The access is fantastic. A small private road 100 meters away. However, there is very little sand directly in front of the gate access, so you have to walk maybe another 100-200 meters on the left to put down an umbrella and towel. However, there are several very nice beach clubs 1 km away, that have good restaurants and bars where you can rent chairs for the day if you prefer. We liked tramonte for its excellent pizza, but the bar at florida beach club makes excellent frozen drinks, just a little expensive. There are also other beautiful beaches like near by that are worth seeing. You need to be prepared to handle flys and mosquitoes, but if light the candles and spray in the mornings you should be fine. There is no ac and you dont need it. The house is cool tucked in the pine trees. There are screens on the bedroom windows making it fantastic to sleep with the windows open. I would buy this house in a second. Its truly a one of a kind vacation home!
