Positive: Really great, very comfortable apartment in quiet and safe area of Praia. Tony was truly fantastic host. He was always available on WhatsApp, we felt in his company like he was our best friend. I warmly recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to spend the night in Praia.

Negative: Everything was really top - but it we must search for really minor complaints - the bed in the living room could be a more comfortable.

Positive: The property was cleaned and well furnished. Location was nice and quiet. I felt save walking alone at night My host, Antonio was awesome, he made sure I felt save and comfortable. He was more than a host, a great individual and amazing guy. He was able to give me a tour of Santiago, and I highly recommend him to any tourist wishing to explore Praia and its environs. We visited beautiful beaches, National Park, and historic locations during our tour. The winding road and the hilly terrain added much value to the tour.

Negative: Nothing to dislike about staying at this property.

Summary: Great vacation, and can’t wait to come again with my family

Positive: Tony is an amazing host, the place is spotless and has everything you could need for 2, and is actually comfortably chill during the night. Even though the place is a little out of the way, you can easily reach it by bus, and places we went to in the neighborhood were quite nice.

Positive: Furnishings well done, all what you need. Clean place with good wifi. Owner very nice explaining all details. We have had very late check in without any troubles.

Negative: Due to fact its placed on ground level there was quite some noise noticable ( opening the gate, main doors opening/closing or even making some noise on the hall way by other people - we could hear most of it)

Positive: Antonio was a really nice and helpful host. He helped us to organise taxis and visits. The house is really nice and has everything needed for a 2 person stay.

Negative: Everything was really nice. The only downside is that it is a bot far from Plateau, the most touristic zone, but if you get a taxi to move out and to the house everything is fine! Antonio can help you with that

Positive: We had a great stay and Antonio (the host) was very helpful. He arranged our pick-up from the airport (1500CVE), a 4x4 rental car (6000CVE per day) and a taxi to the ferry at 5 am (1000CVE). But above all, Antonio is a very nice, friendly and honest guy. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. AC in the living room works great, and also reaches the bedroom. The area is residential, but within 10 minutes walk you can find a shop and some restaurants. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!!

Negative: Nothing in particular, although for longer stays the apartment lacks a bit of daylight (windows).
