Positive: Everything. The picture of the cabin is misleading since it actually is one of the finest places we stayed in CR. Loved the sunny balcony in the back from which you can enjoy watching a variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. The hosts are delightful and went out of their way to show us monkeys visiting the property and bringing home baked delicacies. It's a little paradise off the beaten track.

Negative: having only spent 2 days there.

Positive: The hutch is quite luxurious, well above the standard of comparable places we had in Costa Rica. The balcony at the back of the house has splendid views with lots of birds and butterflies flying and buzzing around. Hosts (including the two dogs) are really nice and friendly.

Positive: The cabin was quite nice, lovely beds and bedding. I think everything was pretty new, and there were nice touches that made me think our comfort really was an important consideration.

Negative: The whole thing was almost entirely ruined because of VERY incorrect directions, in the form of the coordinates given to google, PLUS several wrong verbal cues. This caused us to drive at LEAST an extra 90 minutes, most of it on dirt roads in the dark.. . and at one point we even gave up, deciding to look for a room in Tilaran town.

Summary: Nice if you can find it.
