Positive: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for us and our 2 dogs. There is a beautiful, large private enclosed garden where the dogs could be off the lead and I imagine in the summer it would be a lovely place to sit in the sun!

Negative: One of the shower doors was missing so water tends to come out into the bathroom. The area outside the immediate cul de sac was a bit rough. It would be nice to have more tourist information in the gite and also maps or details for walks into the surrounding countryside.

Summary: We had a lovely 10 night stay in this beautiful apartment.

Positive: The property was beautiful and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. We visited Cervinara to see where my great grandfather came from. We could have not stayed with nicer people and the cottage was really nice. We visited the cemetery nearby where my mother accidentally left her iPad. The host was kind enough to go over there to see if she could find it. We are forever grateful for her kindness!

Negative: It was just very hard to find. We were lucky we had a good taxi driver who persisted till we found it , there was no signage.
