Positive: Fantastic apartment with absolutely everything you could need. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable we slept in🤣 Communication for access spot on Lovely park opposite and location fabulous Photos do not do it justice Love to go back for longer No complaints

Positive: The flat is very nice and the position is very good to visit the city and use trasports. The owner very kind and available.

Negative: no elevator, noise neighbors, no one intervene when asking to set up the air conditioning.

Positive: Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Great access to old town and handy for supermarket

Negative: Very tiny balcony, over a fairly busy road. The staircase is quite steep for anyone with limited mobility. We would have liked a TV although we appreciate not everyone does.

Positive: The property is beautiful and unique. We stayed at the beginning of July, the apartment was cool even in the summer heat even without using the air con. The quality of the furnishings was very good. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is superb overlooking the park with corner shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance so easy to self cater. It’s also only 5-10 minute walk from the cathedral.

Negative: I’ve waited a month until posting my feedback to give the owner time to respond to my email and WhatsApp messages, but sadly with no reply. Communication was non-existent prior to arrival, we weren’t sent any information regarding locating and accessing the property. By the time I’d landed in Spain I had still not received any information. I sent a WhatsApp and eventually received a reply to say there was a problem. It was explained that the apartment was not clean as the cleaner was in hospital and could not clean the apartment before we arrived. I checked if it was ok to still go, was assured we had got clean bedding and towels and was told we would be refunded the cleaning fee. We had little option as were already on our way to Murcia. On arrival the beds were not made and we could not find new linens, the towels were in a cupboard. As the apartment was so lovely we decided to stay and tidied it ourselves. The day before we left I messaged to ask what was the policy with recycling as there was no information in the apartment. Early on the morning we were due to leave the cleaner came in unannounced and left again. I had to check with the owner who entered as it woke us up. There was no apology. Since then I have contacted the owner several times to request the refund that she offered us as the apartment was not clean but have been totally ignored. This is such a shame as it really does taint what was a stunning apartment.
