This beautiful split floor plan home sits in one of Jacksonville’s most established communities. Just one block from the river you can enjoy a year around river breeze while relaxing in a beautiful private pool. The home is 17mins from the beach and 10mins to downtown/stadium and surrounding riverside areas. The home has two spacious and comfortable living areas, one with a fire place and 55inch flat screen smart Tv. The home has separate dining areas both inside and out and a covered lounge area outside on the porch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, a brand new stove, two coffee makers, pots and pans and silverware amongst other essentials! The master bedroom has a brand new king mattress with access to the pool and private shower and toilet. The opposite end of the home has four bedrooms and two baths, one is a mother in law suite. Summary: We, six life long friends, stayed at Casa Camacho and it was a wonderful experience. We purposely picked a house were we could spend our time visiting & catching up, and the Casa Comacho was a perfect fit. The family room was large enough for all of us to relax & reminisce. The dinning room and kitchen tables were large enough for us to eat our meals together. The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very responsive throughout our stay and went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met. Staying at the Casa Camacho truly felt like a home away from home.

Summary: The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. Just to chill and hang out, I would consider this location again. Wifi would need to be verified/guaranteed for those who work remotely. Wifi did not work at all during our stay. Owner gave tips on troubleshooting but that was it. The floor plan is ideal but upgrades are needed. A portion of the back fence was down. And the dishwasher emits a pungent odor. We abided by the quiet time hours recommended by the owner but a couple of nights the neighbors did not. No biggie, just an observation. Pool man showed up Saturday while some of us were having brunch. No warning, no knock on the door just appeared in the back yard. Master bath shower has poor drainage.

Summary: This property had exactly what we needed! We had 3 families and there was room for everyone. The pool is great and gave you more privacy than most rentals in Florida! We were able to be in the pool and watch awesome fireworks from 3 different locations. No matter where you want to go you are able to be there in less than a 20 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We used all five bedrooms and never felt crowded. The pool is in great shape and none of the furniture felt like it was near end of life. We even found a crib we could use in one of the closets. The property felt professionally cleaned including all of the appliances. I was worried the house would feel small when at capacity. This was not the case at all. There are two living rooms and two dining rooms. Even though the porch is not fully screened in we didn't see the first insect the entire week. At one point we could see a cargo ship going by over the fence in the backyard. All the neighbors seemed friendly and waved when we passed them. We stayed at the house for most of our stay. We did travel to the zoo one day and found the trip there very easy traffic and time wise. Our only complaint is the fault of mother nature and not the house. No one wanted to swim our last day due to a statewide thunderstorm. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!

Summary: While the property was as listed and cleaned, kitchen and bathrooms, and dusted there were many signs of neglect. No information about the appliances or electronics. Intermittent signal to the tv's. Very dirty grill. Pool could be cleaner and the hot tub was not functioning and filthy. In general a close look at the property shows a lack of upkeep. Missing screens and holes for the screened in porch. At least another blanket for each bed. No games/toys, etc.
