Positive: We had a wonderful stay! Mimmo was an incredibly kind host who went out of his way to recommend lots of great local spots. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated the big, comfy towels. The house itself had everything we needed and more, and the view was absolutely stunning. The only small “challenge” was that the TV was in Italian… but honestly, who watches TV on vacation anyway? 😉 The location offers beautiful views, and while walking directly from the house is a bit limited, having a car makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. We’d happily come back. Thank you for having us, Mimmo!

Positive: The property is very spacious, well equipped and the communication with the host was excellent. Confortable bedrooms with enough storage space, fully equipped kitchen including essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar), two bathrooms, beautiful roof terace with excelent views of the surrounding, a parking spot right in front of the house and even board games, when the waether is not at its best :). Heaters are also provided which came in handy in the colder weather we had. Nice local bakeries nearby with affordable prices. Places like Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Marsala are within one hour drive and Palermo and Cefalu are also within reach for a daily excursions. We had a great time and can warmly recommend this place.

Positive: Our stay at Casa Calipso was absolutely wonderful! We loved absolutely everything about it. The house is very comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped – we found everything we needed during our stay. You can truly see the attention to detail – everything was perfectly prepared for the guests’ arrival. The host was incredibly kind, open, and always willing to help. He provided valuable tips about the area, which allowed us to explore and appreciate the place even more. One of the highlights is the stunning rooftop terrace views – on one side you can admire the sea, and on the other the hills and the charming town of Erice. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa Calipso and would be happy to return!
