Positive: I arrived on the late ferry and stayed in Moyogalpa. It’s a really nice and small home stay with friendly hosts. Theres a lot of information posted for the island and the hosts will help answer questions you may have. They offer motorbike rentals for a lot less than you find on the island as well (make sure you have a license). I’ll be recommending this home stay while on my travels

Positive: I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Casa Caimana. The family is incredibly friendly, kind and tries to help wherever they can. The location is central and quiet, everything was very clean, the only downside being that the rooms can get quite warm (despite the fan). I didn't use it, but breakfast, laundry service, and motorcycle rental can also be booked as optional extras.

Positive: Close to supermarket. Has a kitchen and space to wash and dry clothes. Tables and chairs to relax in. Can rent a motorbike. The family who owns it is very friendly. Love the hospitality of Doña Ophelia, Yocaste, and Erlan. Very helpful.

Negative: If only it was less hot in the room! It bakes during the day time I think it's cuz of the material of the roof?

Positive: Atmosphere. Value. Location. Staff is super friendly. It would be better if I spoke better Spanish.

Negative: Everything is fine. Be prepared for blackouts because apparently it can happen anywhere on the island at any time. Which also means wifi goes down. Water can be questionable at times I can say. Keep your phone charged.
