Summary: We were very happy with this place. Mornings sitting in patio were very nice with a view over Tuscany. A bit far out which meant that if you needed to buy something the nearest grocery store was 15-20 min drive. Still location to sight sea around Tuscany was very good. could get to Florence in 1 hr, to Sienna in 35 min and around Chianti region easily.
