Positive: Casa Botticelli is a charming hotel in a fantastic location. The room was beautiful, with wonderful high ceilings and lovely antique furniture. It had a lovely freestanding bath and separate shower. The staff were helpful and we would recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive: The location is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Negative: We were given another tyoe of room, different than the one booked. We were told that the room booked is not available and in order to receive the room we have booked on booking.com, we were supposed to write them and ask for that specific room, which in my opinion is not normal. In the end they found a room similar to the one booked.
