Positive: The staff was really nice. The breakfast was also good. We liked the view of the sea. The room was spacious and it had a small table, which is good to study/work.

Negative: We think it was overall a bit overpriced for the quality of the service. The shower was not well made, the pressure of the water kept changing and it was either cold or boiling water, it was difficult to set a medium temperature. There was no shower gel nor shampoo, which we would have appreciated, since it is not so eco friendly to buy whole bottles that then we need to leave behind as we are all traveling by plane. There is an extra commission for paying by card, it was specified in the message we received but still we do not think it's fair to pay double commissions, since we already pay commissions in order to pay in escudos. It was the only place that asked us for this extra commission in our whole stay in Cape Verde.
