Positive: The location was amazing, the apartment is really nice, good size, well equipped

Negative: The pool from the sauna room was dirty and the water was cold, the upholstery for the chairs in the living room needs a change and we didn't like that we've been asked to take off the bedding at the end and place it in the bathroom. Also, no one answered our calls when we tried to get in touch with the staff.

Positive: Casa Bader was in a great location and clean. It clearly is a loved apartment. Great stemware and fancy dishes. The cross stitch “painting” was amazing.

Negative: The WiFi could be a lot better.

Positive: Location great, nice big flat, terrace amazing, flat was very clean.

Negative: Only the kitchen is rancid, since it is without ventilation and seemingly has been used like this for decades.

Positive: Location was fabulous! We were able to walk everywhere in town while visiting our son studying abroad. Train station to Lugano was super convenient. The Apartment had wonderful lake views and large terrace to take it all in. Clean, comfortable and spacious! And the pool in the basement was a bonus! I would recommend Casa Bader whole heartedly :)

Negative: The property had no air conditioning and with the temperature above 32 degrees every day it was almost impossible to sleep at night.
