Positive: The owners and staff were amazing, they were very friendly and helped us when ever they could. The location was nice it was tucked away from the main strip and allowed us to have a calm night. Our room was on the top of the building allowing us to have hammocks, a nice view, and a space for us to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling at Lake Atitlan

Negative: The noise during the night was a bit loud but that doesnt take away from the hotel and our experience!

Positive: The beds are very comfortable, the property has outdoor seating and hammocks, great views of the lake. The staff is very accommodating, the owner knows a lot about the area, she also made space for us so we didn’t have to move. We booked a shuttle with her, did laundry.

Negative: The bathrooms are kinda funky, the shower never really got hot.

Positive: A great property at an excellent price! The views are magnificent from the balconies, which are accessible to all hotel guests, plus they have lots of hammocks.... The room and common areas were spotless, some of the cleanest I've seen at any hotel. The fabulous murals and plants and lovely sitting areas were wonderful. It's easy to book a shuttle wherever from the front desk. This whole town is magical. I'm sad we didn't stay longer but we'll definitely return!

Negative: The hot water wasn't consistent and the internet was very slow - a file that normally takes me about 30 seconds to download took more than eight minutes.

Positive: When we arrived, Daly told us our room was in a different location but that the place was even better, and the same price! She took us up the road to a set of 3 apartments with cooking facilities and private bathrooms. The views of the Indian Nose ridge were awesome and having a little garden out the front to sit in made it even more special 😍 Daly was so helpful and gave us directions to find the shops etc.

Negative: The only slight issue is that the location is a little walk away from the main area and due to lots of stray dogs, and left over construction materials, the alleyways don't feel the nicest to walk down.
