Positive: We liked everything! The apartment is modern and spacious and has every comfort. The location is excellent if you are happy to be out of the centre of town. The views across fields and up to the town from the balcony are so beautiful. There is a regular but not frequent bus service up to the centre, or you can walk up small country roads in 30 mins. The parking outside the apartment is easy and if you want to drive into the town Anna Rita will lend you a free parking permit. There are small shops nearby - a baker, a butcher, a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. You have access to your own private courtyard garden full of flowers. Anna Rita is not just a super host - she is a champion host. She is a lively, kind and hospitable person who wants to make your holiday a real joy.

Negative: We can't find fault with it. We liked everything.

Positive: AnnaRita’s apartment is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying time in Orvieto. A beautifully equipped kitchen, with a large and comfortable living room with plenty of place to spread out and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Within a neighborhood, the house is beautiful from the outside. The views of Orvieto and surrounding hillsides from the private balcony outside both the living room and bedroom are wonderful. The apartment has its own patio with table and chairs which we would have used for breakfast and dinner had the weather been better. A short walk away is a little plaza with a lovely bakery cafe where we had cappuccino and pastries for breakfast. It is a short drive to the old town of Orvieto and also a short drive to markets of you should choose to cook which we did. But the most important thing about this apartment is AnnaRita herself. She was a wonderful host, orienting us the Old Town as well as her local neighborhood. Parking and access to the walled town can be tricky but she explained it all to us and even helped us with a pass on our first night. She is truly an exceptional host with a big heart. We hope that our travels bring us back to her again soon.

Positive: I loved staying in the apartment inside the beautiful house of Annarita and Marco! The hospitality was beyond words. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, with superb amenities, and with balcony views of the amazing city of Orvieto. In fact, this was my favorite accommodation and place out of the whole trip. I wish I could stay and relax there for a bit longer, and just absorb the serenity of the views and gorgeous flowers on the property. The location is excellent, but you a need a car. The parking is convenient, available, free and easy. We explored Orvieto, which is a few minutes away by car, and multiple hill towns around. The food places recommendations were excellent. I can just go on and on and on about how great this place it.

Positive: Annarita is very kind and careing. The host make an effort to make you feel home and wellcome. The appartement is very clean and everything works. There is a great view from the balcony. We couldent ask for more and will clearly recommend Case Angolo delle Rose.

Positive: Fantastic place to base yourself at for touring Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. Very well appointed spacious apartment with everything you could want. Close to Orvieto with good parking. Anna Rita is a very gracious host and will look after you well.
