Positive: The location was excellent for so many day trips out. The whole place was immaculate and the facilities were great. Really safe area with our toddler and the pool and the rest of the outside space felt very private. Lovely views and Wafir was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble although there was nothing that we needed!

Negative: Literally nothing. Great stay. Will be recommending to friends and family and hope to come back ourselves also.

Positive: The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious and even more beautiful than described! We felt completely at home from the first moment. With a car you can reach everything within just a few minutes. Wafir was absolutely wonderful – we talked every day about how kind and helpful he is. We were 5 people and can only recommend this villa without hesitation. We are already looking forward to visiting Jávea again one day and staying at Wafir’s house. Many, many thanks!!

Positive: The house is amazing! We stayed here with our three teenage kids. the house was so nice, so it made us want to go out less 😂. The ping pong table, pool, BBQ, games and plenty of space to do your own thing — it all made for a perfect stay. The service was excellent. The dishwasher broke down (things happen), but it was fixed within a day. Wafir, the host, is incredibly service-minded and helpful. Highly recommended!

Positive: - Wafir is a wonderful, very committed host—one of the best communicators I've had when booking through Booking.com, and I use the platform a lot. We encountered some minor issues, but Wafir came to repair them immediately. - The welcome pack was a really nice surprise and quite extensive, definitely above average. - The view from the terrace is beautiful. I loved drinking coffee while looking at the stunning villas and palm trees climbing up the hill. - The swimming pool is nice and well-maintained. - The three bathrooms (one for each room) are very convenient. - The furniture in the house is a bit older but solid and comfortable. - Everything was clean and well-prepared for our visit. - Javea is a great place both for relaxing on the beach (there are three nearby—one sandy and two rocky) and as a starting point for various trips. There are a few nice towns around, plus a castle and two main cities, Valencia and Alicante, just an hour's drive away. Generally speaking, the house has everything you need for a wonderful stay, and you could easily spend your time without leaving. I definitely recommend it!

Negative: - You will need a car to get to the beach. - Some parts of the house are a bit older (notably the wardrobes and one of the bathrooms), but these are really minor things.
