Positive: Very convenient location. In walking distance to popular and tasty eateries including the river walk and ferries. Beautiful scenery and history. The apartment is charming, clean, and very spacious. The owners are accommodating and seek to please their guests. We had a great time and plan to return!

Negative: Only downside is the nightlife is booming in this area. You can hear commuters, horses trotting, and trolley tours going by into the late ours to early mornings. It is also close to a fire station and sirens can be heard close by as well. Although the noise is notable, it is tolerable and is kind of a quaint characteristic that adds to the charm of the property.

Summary: Overall great stay and we plan to return! Thank you.

Positive: Location was perfect! Very central to everything. Everything was within walking distance.

Negative: Place could have been a little cleaner. Very little lighting/ mirrors for 5 girls to get ready. No ice trays to make drinks.

Positive: Quiet location. Spacious premise on 3 floors.

Negative: The description of rooms is inadequate. Triple bed room is not triple. It is one single and bunk bed. The same is with twin bed room. It is in fact one bunk bed. It can be a problem when You locate group into rooms. Two gates, each with its own remote. 3 sets of keys. Quite inconvienient. You need to sign an agreement with owner even if You book it by booking.com. Lot of paperwork. Crazy!

Positive: The location was great! Walking distance to the nearest beach, very close to Old San Juan and many attractions in the area. Host was responsive and attentive to all of our needs. We were met by the concierge to go over house rules, she also brought a few groceries and alcoholic beverages. Beach towels, chair and umbrella were a nice touch. Doesn't hurt that we had a 2-level balcony with an amazing view. Definitely will stay again.

Negative: Quiet time at 10, the bidet in the master bathroom was not working. ice machine was not working properly and the kitchen sink was pretty small
