Positive: Great location near to the Parque de María Luisa and Plaza de España. Clean apartment that is decorated nicely. The air conditioner is greatly appreciated during the Sevilla heat!

Positive: Good location close to the plaza. Clean, great shower, comfy bed and bedding. Large space

Negative: Some of the light bulbs and lights didn't work but we communicated this with the hosts who were responsive!

Positive: The flat is as advertised, very well located, close to the Parque Maria Luisa and a 20mn-walk from the city center. The bed is very confortable. The online guide is a good option to know what to do in the neighborhood, which restaurants to go to and what to visit in Sevilla.

Negative: Minor points that could easily be improved by the owner. As already mentioned in other reviews, the reversible air conditioning does not work. The small radiator is totally incapable of heating the large living room. If you're coming in winter and are worried about the cold, don't forget to bring a warm sweater. It would also be nice to have basics such as olive oil and vinegar. If you're a party of 4, the tableware won't be sufficient: only 2 mugs and one bowl.

Positive: The peaceful location of the apartment meant we could enjoy beautiful morning walks coffee in hand around the Parque de Maria Luisa and the Plaza de Espana. There are some really nice and friendly local bars and restaurants a stone thrown from the apartment which we found a nice way to start an evening. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly through the booking.com chatroom. I normally find it hard to feel completely relaxed on city escapes but we felt at ease instantly Seville truly is a special place. My only complaint was we had to leave!

Positive: Location is excellent, a beautiful park is very close by. The house itself was quite nice though.

Negative: there was a lack of sun-blocking curtains, which is a pain when You are in 39deg C in Seville. Also the AC unit of people leaving upstairs was resonating really hard and making an unbearable noise in our bedroom - when we asked them to turn it off they were happy to help us, but that was some interaction we had to make additionally.
