Positive: The place is new, everything is fresh and clean.

Negative: The location is not as close to the center as the description. Using the navigation at the indicated address, you will not get exactly to the location, you still have to walk about 500 meters. In reality, it is about 1 km from the center, about 20 minutes walk. That wouldn't be a problem either, but pedestrian access isn't exactly the friendliest (missing sidewalks, heavy traffic).
