Negative: Lots of electrical cord and extension leads in every room not good when we have a crawling toddler. Arrived early evening to find out no batteries in TV remote so could not watch the TV VERY ANNOYING

Negative: The house was professionally cleaned. My daughter found a man's sock under the bed she was in. A lot of money for a cleaning fee. The sofas were a bit low when you have bad knees.

Positive: Quiet location, clean and tidy and comfortable overall.

Negative: Communication with the host was rather poor, response time was too long e.g. I requested early check in weeks before hand but was told to message on the day and they'll 'look into it for me' sent a message on the morning of our arrival at 6am just before our flight to Glasgow, arrived at Glasgow around 11.30 and still had no response, needed to know as we needed to book a taxi from the airport, ended up just ordering a £30 taxi into Glasgow as we didn't get a response in time, they did eventually message as we were in Glasgow saying we could have early check in, which was pointless at that point as by the time we made it it to the BnB it was close to normal check in time anyway, having to book a second taxi from Glasgow too. In the property it was lacking in little things like bin bags, kitchen roll, tea towels so you couldn't dry your hands or dishes. There were also only 4 tea bags for us (3 people for 2 nights!), there was also no mirror in the bathroom which would be handy to have.

Summary: Clean and Comfortable but lacking in some amenities.
