Summary: Room was dirty. Under beds was very dusty and had random food pkgs and socks under them. Bathroom was not clean. Hairs in sink and on floors. The gym was also very dusty and dirty.

Summary: Room lacked good blinds or drapes to provide adequate coverage to block the morning son. Drywall patching and tile repairs were poorly done. Breakfast lacked any good protein.

Summary: Great stay! Clean room, great staff, good parking, great breakfast. Easy check in check out. Location is very convenient for walking to the Abraham Lincoln museum and library.

Summary: Room was very clean. We walked right in off the street and had to call someone up to register us. That was not upsetting at that time. But when we went out a little later to get something to eat and we came back and again no one was ever at the desk. This happened again later. The area is very dark around there and anyone, homeless or other could walk right in. I did not feel safe.

Summary: Nothing fancy but clean and good service. Breakfast was above average and, for me, a perfect location since I was there to visit my brother in St. John’s hospital right across the street.

Summary: I don't understand the rave reviews of this property. The neighbor to the east is a level one trauma center that has helicopters flying overhead and ambulances running lights and blaring sirens all hours of the day and night. The neighbor to the west is a soup kitchen. The property is decaying, the breakfast is at best - fuel. I've had two chiropractor visits since getting home because the bed was a joke. The only thing it has going for it is the staff - they were very nice.

Summary: The room was very clean, as well as the lobby and hallways. Hotel staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
