Summary: We had a great girls trip even though the weather did y cooperate! The bistro staff were great. I heated up something in the microwave but it wouldn’t open so I could get it out. The guy came up quickly to try and get it open. He did but couldn’t use the microwave. He said he would bring another right up and I told him there was no rush and the next day was fine and someone brought a new one. Housekeeping was to come back to our room to clean but never did. But when we called for more lines they were brought immediately and she wa super nice. We will be back!

Summary: Beds were ok pillows were not very comfortable. The toilet in bathroom was loose when you sat down it moved had a lot of caulk around base. floors dirty. The sliding door to go out on balcony the lock was broke couldn t lock it.

Summary: My son used his own money for arcade games in the game room. The machine stole his $20. No big deal right? Nope, they gave us some phone number to call. We were leaving the next day so that was useless. It might not sound like a big deal but it was to him and it was to me as well. The fact that they have a 3rd party coin machine that eats 20's and they play dumb when you ask for your money back is unbelievable to me. What a stupid thing to get a bad review for! Do better Carousel! Had that not been handled so poorly I probably would have overlooked the rest of the deficiencies. The hotel is dated, the carpet is old and messed up in the halls and rooms. The furniture in the room had damages all over. The tub had wierd rust stains near the drain.

Summary: You should be able to see the room you're actually booking. I would not have chosen that particular room. Normally I have a great experience from Hotel. Com that's why I always use it. The room was ok but not the "area" I wanted. But duable.
