Positive: Location was beautiful and the house is huge. Plenty of room for 8 and still room to spread out. The bathrooms are newly renovated and the whole home feels like a retreat.

Negative: No dishwasher but hardly a chore.

Positive: The views of the mountains from the balcony, the many games for all age groups, the selection of coffee and snacks for all age groups, the out door gaming options, the fire pit(we didn't use it at all even though we wanted to). The place had several family spaces upstairs and down stairs for us to hang out and relax and socialize.

Negative: Can't really think of anything.

Summary: Spacious clean & esthetically maintained relaxing mountain stay close to Hot Springs & Warm Springs.

Positive: Location was good. We were in visiting with family in area. We did not spend much time at house. It was better than staying in a hotel.

Negative: Needs better air conditioning system for upstairs area.

Positive: My cousins and I enjoyed the snacks and the coffee that was left for us and we really enjoyed the fire pit and the grill

Negative: The only thing that we did not like was the air condition was not working properly

Positive: Comfortable beds and bedding. Nicely equipped kitchen - but no dishwasher (not a big deal).

Negative: Properties viewed on either side weren't very nice, but we noticed that the landscaping with screening is being worked on, which is good. Outdoor on the ground light fixtures where placed in easy to run over locations -- we didn't, but had to be careful backing out of garage.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Carloover. Very comfortable and suited four friends reunion very well.
