Negative: Some of the mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable. A few places in the barn needed retouching.

Positive: Lovely spacious building in a quiet rural location. Not far from Lincoln we parked at the Waitrose Park and ride and caught bus to Lincoln on a few occasions. Interior was decorated very pleasantly with lots of home comforts. Kids were entertained with pool table and lovely hot tub. Had a lovely time with family celebrations.

Positive: The home was furnished beautifully and to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided even down to dishwasher tablets! The owner was very friendly and helpful and easy to contact. Very tranquil location. We felt relaxed immediately. Children loved the pool table!

Negative: Nothing. This was a perfect property for a fantastic break.
