Positive: I liked the space on the top floor and the view over the town and water. The balcony area was lovely.

Negative: Disappointed with this property. I travelled with family, the youngest being four years old. Safety was a concern. No safety rail on outside stairs, no side fence with lower property where there was a drop of about one metre. Gate clips did not work, one tied with electrical wire. Property advertised with a garden, but not suitable for children to play because of safety issues. Garden was dry and not maintained, loose paving stones made it dangerous. Maintenance was an issue as was cleanliness. We could not use downstairs bedrooms as strong chemicals had been used to rid pests. Cutlery, crockery needed to be washed before use. Sinks were dirty.

Positive: View was amazing. You could see the sea, lake and township. Home beautifully presented and well equipped.

Negative: The air-conditioning wasn't quite enough when afternoon sun came in the windows.

Positive: We fell in love with Captains quarters, it’s so spacious for a large family and comfortable. The location was great as were the staff managing the property. We didn’t want to go home. We will definitely be back.
